The text, Essentials of New Jersey Real Estate, Fourteenth Edition, is included in the course tuition. Our teaching method uses a classroom Power Point presentation that is not only specifically designed to be informational, but is proven to give our students a high retention rate for only the material that is included on the state exam.
Every student that successfully completes the course has one year from the date of passing the school exam to join future classes on Zoom at no additional charge in order to prepare for the State exam.
